Product Images
We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of the materials and differences in screen settings, small variations, such as slight colour differences, may occur between what you see online and the product you receive.
Product Durability
Our products are made to last, but like any well-loved item, they're subject to natural wear over time. How long a product lasts depends on the material, how often it's used and how it's cared for. To get the most out of your hoodie, follow the care instructions on the label.
Something Wrong With Your Product?
If you believe your product is defective or not as described, please contact us at info@aerolounge.store or by post at the address below. We'll respond within 14 days and work with you to find a solution. Your statutory rights always remain unaffected.
Disputes
If we can't resolve your complaint together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands, or in your own country of residence if you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU.
